Delete your NGShorts account
You can request deletion of your NGShorts account at any time. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your profile and content.
Option A — Delete inside the app (recommended)
- Open the NGShorts app
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Option B — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your account: info@ngshorts.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include: your username and the email/phone used to register
What data is deleted
- Your profile (username, avatar, bio)
- Your posts, comments, likes (subject to platform rules and processing)
- Device/session identifiers used for login
What we may retain (limited cases)
We may retain certain records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations (e.g., abuse reports, audit logs, payment/financial records if applicable).
Deletion timeframe
Deletion requests are processed as soon as possible. Some data may take additional time to fully remove from backups and caches.
